As with everything we do, Cloverleaf will handle your information and privacy with the utmost care and attention. And if you choose to share personal data with us you can be assured that we will treat it with total respect.

Your Personal Information

Cloverleaf will treat all of your personal information as confidential, it will be stored on our secure systems within the EEA and we won’t share it with anyone else (unless you tell us to).

The information we collect from you will generally be your name, company/business name, telephone number and email address and address for accounts and invoicing (if that’s applicable to our business relationship).

Other information you share with us

Due to the nature of the work we do, it is sometimes necessary for us to act as a Data Processor for our clients. We can absolutely reassure you that any data that we are given access to will be treated with complete care and attention. It will be viewed only by us, never shared with any third party, and stored under strictly secure systems.

When we begin working with any new client who requires us to act as their Data Processor we will always request a copy of their own data privacy policy and ask that we are listed as a nominated Data Processor for the entirety of our working relationship. All details of this will be set out in our terms and conditions of service.

How do we use the information we collect?

Quite simply, we just want to keep in touch with you! So any information you give to us will be used exactly for this purpose, and this purpose only.

When you give us your information we will ask if you would like to be added to our email list to receive news and updates from us, but we will talk more about that later.

Any information we process on behalf of your organisation will only ever be processed as per your specific instructions. It will never be shared outside of our organisation.

Security

Your data is saved on our secure systems, which are all password protected and safe from unauthorised access. We don’t currently outsource to any third parties so nobody will see your data except us.

Your Data is backed up to our secure cloud storage service – just in case!

Marketing

When we request your information we will also ask if you would like to receive marketing emails from Cloverleaf (if we forget to ask, please remind us!). We try to make these emails as interesting as we can (that’s kind of what we do around here).

If at any point you decide that you don’t want to receive our marketing emails anymore, you can email info@cloverleafbd.co.uk and we promise to unsubscribe your details from our marketing list. We use a system called Mailchimp to handle our email marketing so your name and email address will be stored within their system. They have their own data policy which can be viewed here

Your rights over the information you give us

If you would like details of the information we hold about you or data we process on your behalf, and if you would like to amend it or delete it altogether you can email us at any time on info@cloverleafbd.co.uk

Cookie, Cookie, Cookie…

As well as being a tasty sugary snack, a cookie is also a piece of information saved by a website on an internet user’s hard drive through their browser. The information the cookie contains is set by the site and can be used by the site whenever the user visits the site. We are telling you this because we do use cookies on our website to help us understand what you like looking at (and what you don’t like so much). If you want to disable cookies you need to do it through your own web browser (have a look at www.aboutcookies.org to see how to do this).

Thanks….
